I dont know if you will reply or even see this comment. Please answer I had a radius and ulna fractured and gone through surgery with titanium plate inside which is still in there.. its been 10 years now and I have recently started gymming again after 10 years, I have 70-80% movement on my left because of accident, I am able to do all weight lifting except bar dumbells for biceps and my favourite pull ups.. I have tried with balance lifting but i am scared if it will break again. Please advice. Thanks

The body goes through the change at age of 30 & not 40. A 29-year-old man can take 2G Lysine/2G Arginine before bed, you get a massive surge of Growth Hormone & therefore easier to gain muscle & easier to recover. At age 30 this combination Stops Working. It becomes more difficult to make muscle & recover after age 30. High doses of Glutamine help after age 30. Medically speaking your protein needs increase to 2.5KG/KG of body weight at age 30, as the body starts to lose muscle mass. I wish this gentleman would have given a proper scientific explanation rather than a lot of hot talk. Face pulls were the best part of the explanations. Human Hormone Growth production declines by 14% every decade, along with Testosterone. Hence most bodybuilders in their 40s are on TRT.

Just re-tested on day 22. I went from failing all 6 to passing 4 and ALMOST passing the other 2. I've noticed a huge change. I find it easier to maintain good posture and this eliminated the neck and shoulder pain I felt most days. Thank you so much!!!

Cycling on a regular basis will build Hamstring and Calf muscles like no other exercise. Proper pedaling in a circular motion where muscles are under tension throughout the entire revolution is crucial. As one leg is pushing down, the other is pulling up. This maintains fluidity in the pedaling motion, makes pedaling easier, but also is a tremendous muscle building exercise over time.

All we need guys and girls to build muscle or to build a great physique is couple things. Hard work in the gyms, train hard don’t worry about over training and all that crap. We need to train hard and of course takes time, another thing is keep your muscles guessing change your program every couple of months change it up see what works best for you. The last thing is diet....! Is a must..! We must stick to a healthy diet depending on what your goals are if it’s building muscle or losing weight you need to stick to a strict diet. Simple! Case closed.. no gimmicks no lies no easy way out no magic pills I’m sorry everyone just like me wish i can have muscles and have a body over a couple months sorry we can’t we need to work hard and long time to achieve this. We can do this though, concentrate on your goals why you want your goal to be and work hard for it. We can do whatever we want as long as we stick to it work hard for it and don’t let anyone tell us different or even turn that negative into a positive... I wish everyone the best of luck.
