Concerning 7. Just always trains antagonists mucles (can be other day). Train pecs ? Have to train upper back too. Train abs ? Have to train lower back. Biceps ? -> triceps. Quadriceps ? -> ischios.

Whats the issue with the floor pull ups? In another video (nomemory.info/video/z83R1cjXgs6MjYY/video.html&t, starting at around 1:20), Jeff suggested a similar exercise for bodyweight back training. In both exercises you use the floor and its friction to perform a pulling motion. So how is one bad while the other one is great?

The best way to visualize what he’s saying should be doing with each rep in order to activate the Transverse abdominis is to try to pull your belly button as close to your spine as possible as you exhale. It sounds weird but just try it, you’ll feel the muscle activate, get used to the feeling and then try to do it with each rep
